Hercules Petro Services delivers horizontal drillout of composite and cast iron bridge plugs, using high-pressure tools designed for long laterals. Our process reduces friction, improves energy transfer and shortens operating time, for precise drillouts and better well productivity.

The HP X-ERT pulses at the BHA (~3.1-7.7 Hz, varies with flow) to break friction and delay coil lock-up. In tubing too small for the HP X-ERT, the HP ODS provides extended-reach pulsing from surface.

Field record: HP X-ERT mill-out to 24,069 ft, with customer-reported times of 3-5 minutes per plug. Laterals to 23,721 ft.
