We design and manufacture Thru Tubing and coiled tubing downhole tools. We also provide well-intervention services: drillouts and cleanouts, coiled tubing rescue, fishing, toe prep, breakout, machine shop work and carbide application.

A downhole extended-reach pulse tool. It pulses at the BHA (~3.1-7.7 Hz, varies with flow) to break friction and delay coil lock-up, so coiled tubing reaches further in long laterals. It comes in 2-7/8″ and 3-1/8″ OD, for 4-1/2″ tubing/casing and larger.

Use the HP ODS. It delivers extended-reach pulsing from surface, with no downhole tool size limit. Pair it with an HP Jett Motor from 1.69″ OD, in sizes under the 2.867″ drift.

An on-surface pulse and jarring system (Operation Delta Strike) for coiled tubing and workover. It pulses the coil from surface, with real-time variable frequency, automatic bypass and auto-triggered high-pressure jarring.

It is all-metal, with no elastomers, and rated to 500°F. It runs on fluid, nitrogen or acid, comes in 1.69″-3.125″ OD, and has a patent-pending nozzle head.

Yes. We remove sand, fill, scale, asphaltene and paraffin with coiled tubing and Thru Tubing tools. The HP Jett Motor runs on nitrogen, which helps lift solids out of low-pressure and depleted wells.
